If you are looking for a technical professional for either a temporary or
permanent position in Northeast Ohio, Search Masters feels that we are best
positioned to successfully recruit that position for you because of the unique
yet highly effective recruiting process we have developed and perfected since
our founding in 1973.
This revolutionary method is based on three basic principles:
Number
One: In depth person to person prescreening
We do all the initial prescreening of the candidate; this not only involves
identifying and recruiting possible candidates (where most agencies end their
service), but also every candidate is interviewed personally by a Search
Masters counselor. We then discuss with the candidate all of your requirements
for the position. Only after we have determined the candidate is qualified and
have checked that the individual would be interested in the compensation,
duties, location of the new position, and company culture do we arrange for you
and the candidate to meet. None of this information is found on a resume; it is
uncovered through the efforts of a Search Masters recruiter's personal
involvement with a candidate.
Number Two: You do not need to recruit outside of the area
We have the resources to locate the professionals who have the technical skills
you require and who also reside here in the greater Cleveland area. Because of
the large technical population in the area YOU DO NOT NEED TO RECRUIT OUTSIDE
OF THE AREA. This eliminates not only the tremendous cost of relocating the new
candidate but also removes the emotional turmoil that a relocated candidate
experiences, such as climate, new schools, and separation from their extended
family members and friends. Another very postive feature of recruiting local
candidates is that they are much more likely to accept an offer of employment
where relocation is not a part of the decision; MANY rejected offers of
employment would have been accepted had relocation not been a part of the
decision making process.
Number Three: We are with you every step of the process
In
today's extremely competitive employment market, Search Masters considers it
our responsibility to protect the integrity of our client company's offer of
employment. From the initial interview with Search Masters on through the
interviews with our client company, Search Masters will carry on a continuous
dialogue with candidates to determine what they would consider an acceptable
offer of employment; this discussion covers both compensatory issues and
noncompensatory issues. When it is time for you to make an offer of employment,
Search Masters will be able to inform you of exactly what it will take for you
to secure your new candidate. You will never be placed in a position of
attempting to guess what would be acceptable to your new employee. This method
of recruiting is truly unique. However Search Masters has become the most
