• Human Resources Manager (TS5846) Will handle all H.R. and organizational development for a union plant. Will develop and lead H.R. systems.

• Buyer/Sr. Buyer (JV5875) Will develop and implement strategies and processes that lead to the procurement of components, assemblies, and finished goods to support the master schedule. Will use MRP software for planning and managing long-term contracts with suppliers. Will work with engineering to source components for new product development.

• Consignment Representative (JV112901) Will maintain a high level of service for customers through good communication and maintaining inventory levels. Will include quick response on customer requests, vending equipment, sourcing and conversion of products. Will work with outside sales, purchasing, delivery drivers, and customers.

• H.R. Generalist (RB5940) Will be responsible for assisting the HR manager in daily functions including payroll, corrective actions, policies, safety, and training. Will recruit and interview technical salary employees .

• Buyer (JC5978) Will source, negotiate, and purchase commercial parts, forgings, fabrications, and mechanical components from domestic, international, or ERP generated sources. Will manage vendor relationships, monitor open purchase orders, quality, on-time delivery, manage and monitor stocked parts to ensure efficiencies. Will also confirm purchase orders and verify pricing.

• Planner/Scheduler (JC5980) Will manage production planning for the facility. Will be responsible for accurate and timely release of production orders. Will also oversee and manage engineering change orders. Will supervise and support production planners and expeditors. Will schedule using the company's ERP system (Oracle).

• Purchasing Agent (DT6002) Will work with another purchasing agent to secure all fasteners and related products. Will utilize Excel for tracking. Will source products internationally and domestically and focus on cost savings to obtain best products at the lowest price.

• Buyer (TM6006) Will be responsible for annual purchases for several warehouse locations. Will purchase up to $10 million annually with parts being plastic, nuts, bolts, cardboard for packaging, etc. Will do vendor sourcing, price and delivery negotiating, etc. Company uses Excel to track materials. Will track 800+ purchase orders per day and work to keep inventories low.

• Purchasing Manager (RB6013) Will be responsible for the purchasing of raw materials and managing the inventory. Will audit vendors for compliance standards and implement purchasing procedures.

• Master Scheduler (TS6016) Will develop the schedule for all production and inventory for customers in a JIT environment.
