Technical Service Representative (TM3442) Will work between customers, R and D, and sales to troubleshoot or identify products/applications for the thermostat design group (SMC, BMC or pultrusion). Will design, plan, and implement projects in both customers' and in-house labs to do scale up. Travel up to 40%. ($45-58K)
Lab Technician (ME3707) Will be responsible for hands on testing using mechanical test equipment. Will perform material strength and rupture tests. ($17-20K)
Lab Technician/Research Technician (TM3720) Will test formulations to meet and exceed customer expectations. Will test to continuously improve customer formulas and will do bench scale work. ($17-18/Hour)
Food Technologist (JFXV3749) Will be responsible for scale-ups, packaging variances and product development. ($45K)
Automation Engineer (TS3791) Will automate and program welding systems and furnace control systems. Will also do software development using VB, C, C++. ($70-90K)
Regulatory/Environmental Compliance Manager (TM3804) Will be responsible for the planning, developing and managing the implementation of environmental systems to adhere to FDA, OSHA and EPA standards. Will audit and report on environmental performance and assess and predict environmental risks. ($60-65K)
Research and Development Lab Technician (TM3806) Will be working in the research and development area testing potential new products, will do fire, humidity, tensile and other destructive tests. Will then write test reports to document results (Excel/Word). ($14/hr)
Sr. Quality engineer (Metallurgical) (JFXV3844) Will be responsible for product compliance to quality standards which includes statistically valid sampling; will develop testing methods, conduct internal and external quality audits, verify time-temperature charts for forge and heat treat cycles, and investigate root cause /corrective actions for non-conforming materials. ($60-75K)
Formulations Chemist (JC3865) Will be responsible for formulating new products taking the formulations from concept to completion. Also will interact with suppliers. ($50-60K)
Metallurgist (BW3895) Will be responsible for maintaining NAD-CAP certificates, laboratory documents, calibrations, external and internal 3rd party audits, and monitor quality standards. Knowledge of carbon steel alloys and working hands on with after market products.. ($60-65K)
Weld Engineer (TS3902) Will do process improvements in the induction and ERW welding operations. ($60-80K)
