Welding Engineer (TS5815) Will set-up procedures and process improvements in a resistance and mig welding operation.
EHS Manager (TM5863) Will be responsible to implement and manage all safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene. Will manage ISO14001 EMS and will get annual budget to improve safety and ergonomic issues. Will also be responsible for hazardous waste reporting.
Lab Manager (GC5885) Will supervise lab technicians in a fast paced lab testing operation. This position is for a results oriented personality focused on customer service.
Polymer Formulation Chemist (TM5903) Will be responsible for new materials development: Will develop polymers to meet customer performance issues, to reduce material costs, and to deliver new products to manufacturing. Will be communicating directly with customer's technical representatives and will be working with fillers, vinyls, polyesters and a wide variety of resins. This is a corporate technical center position.
E.H. & S. Coordinator (TS5912) Will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining the E.H. & S. programs. Will minimize risks by implementing hazard control systems and programs and maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Will conduct safety and environmental audits and perform accident investigations. Will also submit regulatory reports.
Formulations Chemist (JFXV5936) Will be responsible for R & D formulations and scale-ups of aerospace coatings.
Laboratory Analyst (GC5944) Will work with customers to understand their testing needs and quote pricing, as well as provide leadership in the testing lab to increase productivity.
Technical Specialist (JV5983) Will have customer interaction and will do analytical testing, formulations, and scale-up of flame retardant material, additives, concentrates, and plastic compounds.
Senior Compounding Chemist (RB5987) Will be responsible for developing rubber compounds. Will work with customers to meet product requirements. Will oversee batches and troubleshoot processes to increase production capabilities and analytical testing capabilities. Will also assist in lab management.
Safety Manager (TM6004) Will be responsible for plant wide safety and health programs including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, forklift driver licensing, hazardous communication, machine guarding, and all ergonomic issues. Will lead the plant safety committee, work with and coach employees to improve behavioral safety, and train employees in accident prevention (SHAP).
Environmental Manager (TM6005) Will be responsible for the maintenance of the Environmental Management System under the guidelines of ISO 14000. Will be responsible for ensuring compliance and paperwork for local, state, and federal regulations and for all auditing. Will also be responsible for minimizing water and energy usage, minimizing transportable waste, improving waste recovery, and improving the quality of wastewater discharge.
