- Commercial Engineer/Manager
(JV4873) Will lead cross functional teams to support new business
development opportunities for building automation, controls, and energy
solutions. Will do energy audits and studies. Will be responsible for
proposal generation, estimates, and reporting.
- New Product Design Project
Engineer (TM4875) Will be responsible to conceptualize, develop, and
bring to market (manufacturing floor too) new products to meet target market
needs. Will do bench marking and competitive research. Will also do
prototyping, testing, and 3D design using Solidworks..
- Product Engineer (TS4879)
Will work with customer on manufacturability of design and will develop the
process including tooling.
- Mechanical Engineer (JV4913)
Will be responsible for HVAC design for the retail market and schools. Will take
projects from start to finish.
- Product Design Engineer
(TS4923) Will develop new products for marketing, sales, and to customer
specification. Will be involved in product certifcation (UL/CSA).
- HVAC Engineer (JV4926)
Will work with engineering and customers to design and spec out HVAC
equipment rooftop units, chillers, and ductwork to make sure the company's
equipment and their facilities work together.
- Mechanical Engineer (MM4929)
Will document equipment design using Solidworks or similar 3D package. Will
also work with the shop to ensure equipment is built properly.
- Project Manager-Machinery
(TM4940) Will be responsible to manage machinery delivery once custom machinery comes from engineering. Will work
with outside machine build shops expediting and insuring adherence to
delivery schedule and then will manage delivery, install, and payment for
equipment at customer site.
- Product Engineer (JC4948)
Will be the liaison between customer and the supplier. Will design and
improve processes to increase yields and reduce labor costs. Will oversee
quality and new tooling builds from design to full production release.
- Principle Energy Engineer
(JC4952) Will be responsible to work with new and existing clients doing
energy studies and working on proposals and presentations to clients. Will
also manage energy performance projects.
- HVAC Project Engineer
(JV4956) Will be responsible to work with customers on the design of
commercial/industrial HVAC systems. Will be trained on estimating and
project management.
- Project Engineer (TS4960)
Will use thermal analysis and heat transfer programs to define standards and
design criteria for sizing furnaces and combustion systems.
- Product Engineer (JV4967)
Will be responsible for product design and redesign of new and existing
products. Will do cost saving evaluations and provide engineering
evaluations of product failures.
- Applications Engineer
(JV4974) Will be responsible for making recommendations to customer on
lighting and do lighting design using Autocad and Agi 32. Will also show
customer return on investment for cost savings.
- Project Design Engineer
(TM4984) Will be responsible for entire design projects: Will review
specifications required for bids, design special parts (using Catia), follow
up/expedite with outside fabricators, do all loading calculations, and
communicate with customers on special applications and project update.
- Energy Engineer or HVAC
Design Engineer (JV5003) Will be responsible for developing energy
solutions for customers in the school, university, and hospital market. HVAC
Design Engineer will do field visits and design the HVAC systems from start
to finish.
- Energy Auditor (JV5004)
Will compile utility bills from customers and then analyze the variances on
those utilities from month to month. Will enter data into computer software
to analyze the variances. Will develop reports for customers and meet with
customer to update them on variances.
- Sr. Product Engineer (TS5006)
Will do new product design and development of a product containing both
sheet metal and cast parts. Will also be involved in product certifications.
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer
(JV5008) Will be responsible for the design and prototyping of new
products that are electronic and electromechanical. Will work with the
engineering team to launch new programs.
- Designer (TS5010) Will
design customized machined parts for repairs to fluid carrying vessels. Will
travel to international sites to measure and determine what is needed for
repair.
- Mechanical Design Engineer
(MM5026) Will be responsible to design projects from start to finish.
Will be using Autocad and Inventor. Will also estimate new projects and do
some purchasing.
- Product Development Engineer
(PG5036) Will develop products, do manipulations, make recommendations
using Unigraphics and Solidworks. Must have familiarity with APQP's and
project planning. Will also have customer interaction on a quality,
engineering, and purchasing level.
