Plant Automations Engineer (TS3038) Will develop and implement all computer controlled manufacturing processes. Will use both controls (plc) and computer hardware/software.
Electrical/Controls Engineer (PU3281) Will design and integrate control systems. Will also work with sales team to define and then develop new products. ($60-80K)
Product Engineer (TS3335) Will be the primary customer contact on new products. Will also develop prototypes, initiate process approvals and release products into production. ($75-85K)
Sr. Project Manager (JV3427) Will be responsible for construction project management for HVAC and performance contracts ranging from $1-$10 million. ($60-80K)
Energy Engineer/Sales Team Leader (JV3428) Will be responsible to prospect, qualify and negotiate energy conservation projects for Ohio and surrounding states. ($80-125K)
Project Engineer (TS3459) Will perform reverse engineering analysis and material lab analysis to specify tolerances and materials for aircraft components; will conduct FEMAs and create test plans. ($65-80K)
Gear Design Engineer/Project Engineer (TM3490) Will take customer requests and either modify or create from scratch appropriate gear, housings and gear boxes using Solidworks; will work with shop to make it manufacturable, purchasing to buy components, customer service and outside vendors (heat treat, plating, etc.). ($65-80K)
Senior Structural Engineer (PU3529) Will perform design analysis and stress calculations of structural components for heat recovery systems. ($70-90K)
Process Equipment Engineer (PU3531) Will perform design analysis and stress calculations for heat recovery system components as related to thermal and hydraulic aspects. Will define sizing of components and design criteria for piping, valves and pumps. ($70-90K)
Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Engineer (PU3534) Will develop instrumentation, control systems and PIDS for boilers. Will develop instrument specifications and create cable and cable tray specifications and wiring schematics. ($70-90K)
Project Manager-Food Equipment (Freezing) (TM3587) Will be responsible for machine design, test, start-up and installation projects of equipment for the food conveyance and cryo-freezing segments. Should know sheet metal and welding aspects of specialty (sanitary) equipment industry. Up to 30% travel. ($75-85K)
Applications Engineer/Manager (TM3606) Will work between sales manager and plant manager helping to bring products into manufacturing (special fixturing, material selection, BOMs complete, etc.) Will prepare quotes. ($50-60K)
Sr. Software/Hardware Designer (ME3620) Will be responsible for firmware/embedded software design. ($75-95K)
Mechanical Engineer (ME3621) Will be responsible for plastic design, sheet metal and mold design. Will design new products and modify existing design. ($65-85K)
Sr. Project/Program Manager (ME3622) Will be responsible to lead a project/program design team. They will interact and interface with customers internal and external solving any issues. Will also be responsible for scheduling and budgets. ($75-95K)
PCB Designer (JC3667) Will be responsible for design of PCB, analog and digital design, firmware programming, prototyping and component selection. ($45-55K)
Chief Designer (JFXV3685) Will be responsible for supervising, scheduling, coordinating and reporting status of work performed by designers (5). Will require direction and provide accurate design. ($65-70K)
Sr. Project Engineer (TS3696) Will coordinate the processing of design layouts and detailed drawings for a specific product line. ($65-75K)
Project Design Engineer (PU3712) Will be responsible for designing combustion components for furnaces using AutoCad Inventor. ($60-75K)
Engineering Manager (JV3741) Will manage new product development and sustain engineering of custom product division. ($90-110K)
Controls Engineer (ZW3756) Will be responsible to do controls design, PLC programming, and design and approve automation equipment. ($55-65K)
Project Engineer (BS3759) Will be responsible for the design of special fixtures, packaging, and test stands using PRO-E or SolidWorks. Will troubleshoot assembly process and will communicate with floor and customers. Will write installation and maintenance instructions. ($40-60K)
Technical Team Coordinator (JFXV3765) Will be responsible for managing ten engineers and sixty to eighty hourly employees in the stamping plant. Will manage all capital projects, reduce scrap, and improve efficiencies. ($80-90K)
Senior Structural Engineer (JV3766) Will be responsible for structural design of concrete and steel for commercial, schools, and hospitals taking projects from start to finish. ($60-90K)
Senior Mechanical Engineer (JV3767) Will be responsible to lead HVAC design for commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals. Will take projects from start to finish. ($60-90K)
Project Design Engineer (TM3779) Will be modifying existing product line to meet customer specifications and doing new product development, both using Solidworks. Will set up and run own tests on prototypes as well as support production when product goes to the floor. ($55-60K)
Automations Supervisor (JFXV3780) Will be responsible for managing 5 robotics and PLC techs. Will also manage schedule and projects (PLC, HMI, and Robotics). ($65K)
Mechanical Project Engineer (JV3798) Will be responsible for designing automated packaging and custom equipment from start to finish. ($65-75K)

Product Engineer (JFXV3837) Will be responsible for design and reverse engineering of replacement parts for mining industry. Will travel 20-30%. ($45-55K)
Applications Engineer (TS3851) Will be customer contact on new product issues and recommend solutions and identify low cost solutions through valve engineering. ($60-75K)
Project Engineer (TL3852) Will be responsible for converting incoming part drawings into usable formats with Sygmanest software. Will turn customer prints into shop drawings and files to program machines. ($40-60K)
Plant Engineer (PU3859) Responsible for tool design and equipment development repair and will work with mics and calipers for dimensional tolerancing. ($55-60K)
Mechanical Engineer (ZW3862) Will be responsible for designing equipment and machinery on both AutoCad and 3D. ($50-65K)

Electrical Engineer (JV3894) Will be responsible for day to day electrical issues raging from conveyors, robots, machinery, and power distribution. Primarily 480 volt, PLC troubleshooting, and programming. ($25-30/hour)
Mechanical Project Engineer (TS3897) Responsible for justification and qualification of new equipment. Oversee and manage plant projects. ($60-80k)
Plant Electrical Engineer (TS3899) Will design and direct controls projects in plant. PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and Networking PLCs. ($60-80K)
Project Design Engineer (Machinery) (TM3904) Will work directly with customer to create new equipment or to modify existing lines. Will use ALGOR to perform stress and strain calculations and will calculate power transitions (horsepower selection). ($60-70K)
Industrial Engineer (JFXV3905) Will be responsible to apply lean techniques to optimize product quality, cost standardization, man-power, etc. ($55-65K)
Lead Industrial Engineer (JFXV3906) Will be responsible to apply lean techniques to optimize product quality, cost standardization, man-power, etc. Will manage three engineers. ($72-80K)
Product Engineer-Equipment (TM3910) Will be working directly with the customer to create custom heavy equipment. Will be doing stress/strain analysis, layout hydraulic schematics, and call out heavy weldments. Will use ProE and AutoCAD. ($50-65K)
Junior Engineer (TM3911) Will be responsible to design heavy equipment using ProE and AutoCAD. Will work with hydraulics, weldments, and machined parts. ($40-50K)
Design Engineer (TM3915) Will be responsible for working with customers to offer engineered solutions to create custom products. Will do estimating, blue print reading, design, process engineering, and will be responsible for maintaining all ISO 9000 documentation. ($45-55K)
Senior Mechanical Engineer (JV3917) Will be responsible to develop and design electromechanical equipment for all different applications. Will take projects from start to finish. ($60-75K)
Process Engineer (TS3919) Will use Six Sigma methodologies to reduce process process variability. Identify and improve yields using data based analytical techniques (statistical methods, DOEs, Six Sigma). ($60-70K)
Assistant Engineer (TS3922) Responsible for creating engineering orders, creating and revising part drawings and specifications. Will update and maintain drawing files and server. ($30-40K)
