Tooling Engineer (TL3461) Will be responsible for designing, sourcing, and building of molds. Will select the tool shops and estimate tooling costs. ($70-85K)
Estimator (PU3494) Will put estimates together for large structural equipment. ($50-70K)
Tooling Engineer (JFXV3628) Will be responsible for working with outside tool shops and the tool room for solutions to increase quality and reduce inspection time. ($75-95K)
Rubber Molding Engineer (TM3629) Will be responsible to work with customers to ensure that parts get processed correctly and efficiently. Will work with existing jobs to reduce costs and improve quality, automate processes (robotics) and design special fixtures (Solidworks). ($60-65K)
Systems Engineer (TS3639) Will work with R&D and outside manufacturing plants to ensure design manufacturability and to streamline products and manufacturing systems. ($60-65K)
Manufacturing Engineer (ME3676) Will be responsible in specifying, designing and integrating manufacturing engineering methodologies and equipment. Will work with cross functional teams. ($55-65K)
Manufacturing Tech (JFXV3679) Will be responsible for all programming using SmartCam. Will be responsible for the ordering of tools. ($45-55K)
CNC Programmer (JFXV3713) Will be responsible for set-ups and programming of mills and turning centers using Mazatrol language. ($15-20K)
Process Engineer (JC3714) Will be responsible for the installation of new machines, troubleshooting existing processes, improve efficiencies and also managing the cost and time constraints of projects. ($50-60K)
Sr. Estimator (JFXV3718) Will be responsible for estimating, cost accounting and reading CAD files to determine material cost, cycle times, labor, paint, etc. ($45-55)
Manufacturing Engineer (JB3789) Will be responsible for interpreting customer drawings, ensuring manufacturability of products, scheduling production, routing jobs, and designing fixtures. Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing. ($50-60K)
Process Engineer (JC3818) Will be responsible for writing work instructions and leading process improvement activities. ($40-55k)
Plant Engineer (Mechanical) (JFXV3846) Will be responsible for managing capital projects and working with outside contractors resolving problems at plant level. Will work on systems optimization and evaluate PM programs. ($62-72K)
Manufacturing Engineer (TS3883) Will help plant with process improvements and Lean manufacturing. ($45-55K)
