Manufacturing Technician (JFXV4668) Will be responsible for setup, programming, and processing parts of OKUMA lathes.
Manufacturing Engineer (JFXV4688) Will be responsible for equipment and process improvement for the plant.
Kaizen Leader (TS4699) Will lead and coordinate efficiency improvement activities and faciliate the improvement process using Kaizen and Lean strategies.
Plant Facilities Project Engineer (JV4712) Will be responsible for plant equipment installation projects as well as facility expansions and projects.
Manufacturing Engineer Manager (TS4715) Will supervise 5 mfg engineers and will develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
Manufacturing Engineer (JC4718) Will be responsible for process improvements and fixture design using SolidWorks in a screw machining environment.
Die Designer (JC4723) Will be responsible for die design using Inventor.
Problem Solving Engineer (JFXV4725) Will be responsible for using problem solving tools to determine root cause and corrective actions.
Rubber Extrusion Process Engineer (TM4733) Will be responsible for defining, setting up and training operators on new/improved process (100% job shop). Will do die design and work with outside tool shops. Will also be responsible for troubleshooting the process and continuous improvements.
Plant Engineer/Maintenance Manager (TS4748) Will manage all capital project and supervise four electricians and five mechanics.
CAM Programmer (JG4751) Will program, troubleshoot, set-up CNC mills and lathes using Gibbs Cam and solid modeling.
Welding Engineer (JG4760) Will be responsible for 8-10 robotic techs across 3 shifts in a 24/7 operation. Will do troubleshooting and all inventory ordering. Will work with tooling engineer for fixturing and design input.
