Project Engineer (TM5826) Will take customer part prints of heavy gage sheet and plate metal and create process/floor drawings and special fixtures using ProE. Will manage the project through shop and use Lean tools to improve processes.
Rubber Process Specialist (JV5841) Will be responsible for process and equipment improvements in a rubber mixing and calendaring manufacturing operation. Will provide technical expertise and resolve issues in this area.
Business Excellence Specialist (TS5843) Will drive the company in achieving its objectives by leading, facilitating, and supporting continuous improvements utilizing Lean principles, structural problem solving, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Forging Die Design Engineer (TM5854) Will be responsible for designing tooling (dies) for mechanical forging presses from GD & T part drawings. Will interact with manufacturing to lead the development of the project from concept to production.
Cold Heading Tooling Engineer (TM5876) Will be responsible for old header tooling design for 80% of the work day and will do process development work the remaining 20%. Process development entails choosing metals, developing routings, and establishing secondary operation sequences. All design work will be done using AutoCad. Person will also have both customer and floor interaction to provide technical direction.
Controls Engineer (TS5891) Will design and develop all aspects of computer integrated manufacturing systems. Will have responsibility for all controllers, logic, and associated I/O. Will improve the manufacturing real-time data acquisition and control systems.
Boring Mill Machinist (GC5898) Will take control of the boring mill process, help create tooling, and take project from print to production. Will be hands on--setting up and operating.
CNC Programmer (JC5900) Will program mazak/swiss/morri sekki lathes using G&M code and mazatrol programming. Also will assist in doing set-up on lathes when needed.
Manufacturing Engineer (TM5909) Will be responsible to introduce products into manufacturing (stamping, welding, and assembly)Will design special jigs, fixtures, and additional automation. With new product introduction, candidate will investigate, design, implement, and review all manufacturing processes. Will also use Lean techniques to improve processes and institute mistake proofing as identified.
Assembly Manufacturing Engineer (TM5918) Will be working in the assembly area doing process improvements using Lean manufacturing techniques (Value Stream mapping, 5S, etc.) to improve throughput and reduce costs. Will also be responsible to establish processes for new products (routings, special fixture design, etc.).
Mechanical Engineer (JV5921) Will do 3D modeling on equipment on retrofit and rebuild projects for heavy industrial equipment. Will manage a project and work with customers from start to finish.
CMM Programmer (TS5924) Will review blueprints and CAD models to prepare inspection plan and then program the CMM machines to perform dimensional inspection of the castings, fixtures, and gages.
Manufacturing Engineer (JV5937) Will be responsible for process improvements in a CNC machining, screw machining, manual machining, and assembly manufacturing operation. Will also do jig and fixture design.
Foundry Engineer (RB5943) Will provide administrative and technical support to the engineering department and manufacturing operations. Will contribute to reducing scrap costs and assisting the chief foundry engineer. Will also use AutoCad to create sketches for manufacturing.
Product Design/Manufacturing Engineer (DT5991) Will develop and improve new and existing products due to customer specifications. Will maintain CAD drawings, generate drawings (Solidworks), bills of materials, and documentation. Will coordinate activities with manufacturing, process engineering, and quality assurance. Will help to improve process, drawings, manufacturability, and implementing Lean principles.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (JV5999) Will get prints from customers and do fixture design using Solidworks and develop the CNC machining process to complete the manufacturing of machined parts. Will also do CNC programming on Gibbs Cam.
Automation Technician (TS6014) Will program, install, and maintain all automated equipment. Will also program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley and Wayne Trails).
Robotic Welding Technician (TS6015) Will troubleshoot and repair automated welding equipment. Will work on mechanical and electrical controls.
