Director Process & Performance Improvement (TS3506) Will use process improvement techniques to provide sustained improvement to critical business processes; will identify areas of improvement, create projects, gather resources and manage progress while supporting company's objectives. Will focus on process improvement to impact yield while creating performance metrics. ($100-120k)
Shift Supervisor (JC3618) Will be responsible for supervising 30 union hourly employees in a fast paced packaging environment. Will also direct lean and continuous improvement activities. ($50-65K)
Buyer/Planner (ZW3633) Will be responsible for purchasing and planning shipments for a distribution center. ($35-40K)
Supervisor (JFXV3666) Will be responsible for supervision of 50-80 hourly employees in the stamping, assembly and powder coat area. ($65K)
Welding Superintendent (TS3724) Will manage 3 supervisors and 55 hourly employees in the welding department. ($70-90K)
Shift Superintendent (TS3738) Will lead all third shift melting, casting, molding and shakeout with 1-2 supervisors and 30-40 hourly. ($70-80K)
Operations Manager (TS3751) Will lead 30 salaried and 230 hourly employees in a parts finishing and N.D.T. operation using lean and Six Sigmma methodologies. ($100-120K)
Operations Manager (TS3755) Will be put into an operational management role to be groomed for executive management. ($90-110K)
Business Unit Manager (TS3761) Will manage the engineered casting business unit supervising three to four salaried employees and and forty hourly employees. ($70-85K)
Production Supervisor (JFXV3763) Will be responsible for managing 50-60 hourly employees on 2nd or 3rd shift. Manufacturing process will be determined by skill set. High potential for advancement. ($50-55K)
Production Supervisor (JV3797) Will oversee 12-15 non union hourly employees in a CNC Machining and assembly manufacturing environment. ($50-58K)
Production Supervisor (JFXV3816) Will be responsible for managing 50-60 hourly employees on 2nd or 3rd shift. ($50-72K)
Area Manager (JV3823) Will oversee 4-5 supervisors and 50 union hourly employees during heat treating, NDT inspection, and final inspection. Will also drive Lean manufacturing within the area. ($70-90K)
Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager (JV3841) Will oversee 10-20 non-union hourly employees over grinding and extrusion areas. ($42-50K)
Supervisor (JFXV3857) Will be responsible for managing 2nd shift (20 hourly employees) using lean concepts. ($65K)
Plant Foundry Engineer (JFXV3872) Will be responsible for all capital projects (equipment, facility expansions). Will manage 2 associate plant engineers; dotted line to maintenance. ($70-100K)
Production Manager (JV3874) Will manage 15 hourly employees in the assembly and test areas. Will also drive cost reductions in their area. ($55-85K)
Manufacturing Engineer (ME3875) Will be responsible for all manufacturing engineering in a machining operation. Will be working with President in upgrading equipment and ramping up for new business. ($50-60K)
Project Manager (Nuclear) (ZW3880) Will be responsible to lead new portion of business in nuclear, overseeing fab weld of pressure vessel and quality. ($60-85K)
Production Supervisor (ZW3881) Will be responsible for leading a team in production, scheduling, planning in a steel metal fabrication and welding environment. ($50-60K)
Supervisor (TS3914) Will lead group of nonunion hourly employees using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. ($55-65K)
