MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
All positions are in Cuyahoga and the five contiguous counties unless otherwise noted.

Production Manager (TM5773) Will be responsible for non-union production people in a machining, screw machining, and tube bending ISO certified facility. In addition to throughput assembly, you will also create structure: PM Program, Lean techniques, attendance policy adherence, etc.
Sanitation Supervisor 2nd Shift (GC5789) Will be responsible for the performance of sanitation workers in a plant who will be tearing down, sanitizing, and rebuilding food production equipment as specified by the 1st shift.
Director, Operations (TS5844) Will directly manage the production manager, the business excellence specialist, manufacturing engineering, all production support personnel, and one hundred nonunion hourly employees.
Welding Area Manager (RB5849) Will be in charge of managing 25 union personnel. Will set goals and set higher production standards. Must be a results oriented supervisor with promotable capabilities.
Operations Manager (TM5857) Will be responsible for the entire operation except P & L and sales at a non-union facility doing hand assembly, soldering, insert molding, and electric/electrical testing.
CNC Machining Supervisor (JV5878) Will supervise 15-20 hourly machinists and assemblers in a non-union manufacturing operation. Will also troubleshoot and program CNC mills and lathes as needed.
Off-Shift Production Supervisor (TS5888) Will supervise and coach production workers using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a non-union operation.
Off Shift Production Supervisor (DT5889) Will provide supervision and coaching to 15-25 non-union hourly employees using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Production Supervisor (GC5894) Will provide leadership to a mixing, baking, and packaging operation. Will oversee 15 operators and two maintenance techs.
Machine Shop Manager (JV5917) Will start a new CNC and Manual machine shop. Will train and develop all hourly employees. Will do CNC programming ( G + M Code) to start and hire and train new employees. Will make recommendations for new CNC equipment. Will grow CNC machine shop to 12 machines and 30-50 hourly employees.
Facilities Manager (RB5919) Will be responsible for facilities maintenance and management improvement and capital development plan. Will be responsible for equipment installations, facility modifications, and foundry upgrades. Will work with maintenance supervisor to solve facility issues. Will also provide the layouts for projects.
3rd Shift Production Supervisor (TM5931) Responsible for meeting production schedules on 3rd shift while maintaining high quality expectations. This is a union facility dedicated to creating a positive work environment as this is an ESOP company.
Production/Quality Manager (JFXV5941) Will be responsible for preparing quotations for customer requirements for fabrication and large machinings. You are also responsible to interact wit suppliers to complete job material, special tooling and fixtures. Will also schedule and maintain floor activities.
Production Supervisor (BU5955) Will supervise hourly employees in a single hit and progressive stamping operation.
1st/2nd Shift Production Supervisor (JV6000) Will supervise union hourly employees in a CNC machining manufacturing operation. Will do training on set-ups and drive the production through the facility.
General Manager (DT6003) Will be the right hand person to the President. Will devise programs to improve processes and develop employees. Will have several departments reporting to you. Will handle employee evaluations, hiring and firing, and also will handle daily company operations.
2nd Shift Foreman (BU6007) Will supervise hourly employees in a plastic injection molding operation. Will be hands-on with production and must know plastic processing.
