QUALITY

All positions are in Cuyahoga and the five contiguous counties unless otherwise noted.

Updated Weekly

• Quality Manager-ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 (TM5702) Will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17025 systems. Will organize and direct employee quality training and maintain all quality documentation and interface with customers.

• Quality Manager (GC5883) Will supervise quality technicians in a high speed food manufacturing operation and take complete control of the company's quality system. Will also implement BRD/SQF standards.

• NDT II Technician (GC5995) Will perform general quality inspection with mics, calipers, and gauges, as well as specific NDT inspection of machined parts using UT and MT.

• Quality Inspector (FS5996) Will work in the inspection room with the Inspection Room Manager. Will take measurements down to a couple of tenths. Will work in quality lab and inspect machined parts.

• Quality Engineer (BU6009) Will help company finish getting their AS9100C certification. Must have experience updating or implementing AS9100 systems.

• 2nd Shift Quality Engineer (TS6017) Will resolve all quality related issues. Will lead corrective actions, problem resolutions, and mistake proofing activities. Will make sure the requirements of the PPAPs are followed and will also maintain all quality documentation.

• Quality Engineer (RB6025) Will interact with customers to control quality specs and standards. Will manage the processes to assure quality. Will complete quality documents and certifications for castings. Will also help to facilitate corrective actions.
