• Penetrant Level III (TS3482)  Will prepare and implement penetrant procedures and methods.  Will conduct training and examination of NDT personnel.  ($50-70K)

• NDT Level III (PB3648)   Will help develop and start new NDT lab; will develop standards, write procedures and certify all Level I and Level II inspections. ($60-70K)

• Quality Manager (TS3772)  Will supervise 12 in NDT, metallurgical lab, quality systems, and process control. Will manage quality using ISO/APQP/PPAP.  ($75-85K)

• Quality Assurance Inspector (PU3793) Conduct audits and perform inspections of various metals both in house and at vendor sites. ($19-22/Hour)

• Quality Engineer (TL3822) Will be responsible for all quality issues, reporting, and testing. Will work with customers and technicians. ($50-70K)

• Director of quality (PU3824)  Maintain ISO standards, conduct audits, and document in a steel operation while directing 1 quality manager and 3 final inspectors.  Will also be responsible for training plant wide on all quality performance issues.  ($60-75K)

• Quality Engineer/Manager (TL3848)  Will be responsible for oversight of all quality issues, customer contact, CMM programming, and quality inspections. Will oversee one tech/assistant.  ($40-60K)

• Quality Engineer (JV3850)  Will lead the incoming and in-process inspection area. Will ensure quality through audits. Will maintain and improve quality systems. Will use Six Sigma methodologies to support quality.  ($50-65K) 

• Quality Manager (ND3861)  Responsible for advanced product quality planning activities for successful product launch and customer approval. Will administer the total quality assurance program.  ($50-65k)

• Quality Engineer (ND3868)  Will be responsible for supplier auditing managing the AS9100 system. Also apply continuous improvement and Key Lean manufacturing principles.  ($60-75K)

• Quality Engineer (ZW3879) Will be responsible to work with inside manufacturing ensuring high level quality standards and incharge of inspection and customer quality issues.  ($50-60K)

• NDT X-Ray (TS3889)  Will interpret x-rays for customer specifications and help set-up new equipment.

• Quality/Process Engineer (TS3898)  Will use statistical and analytical techniques to identify and eliminate sources of quality problems.  ($60-80K)

• Quality Manager (JV3918)  Will be responsible for managing quality systems--handle corrective actions and upgrade all quality systems ((ISO 9000/AS 9100). Will also manage three technicians.  ($50-75K)

• Quality Inspector (JB3921) Will be responsible for plate layout inspection, in process and final inspection, CMM program (DEA Swift) and operate, using Tutor software. Communicate and troubleshoot floor issues. SPC knowledge a plus.  ($18-19/hour)
