ZIP CODE CALCULATOR, or ZCC, is a feature of Perfect Candidate. This component of our proprietary software system allows us to only send information on candidates to our client companies within a specific distance from the candidate’s home. Likewise, it permits us to only send position descriptions to candidates within a specific geographical area. The system works on the longitude and latitude coordinates of the center of a zip code area. This program can be calibrated to tenths of a mile. We are very happy with the performance of ZCC and our clients have found it to be a useful piece of information.
