We are looking to hire a professional Sales Representative Recruiter to help support our National and Local executive job searches. This is a full-time position that would require steadfast dedication to our team. This person would be responsible for using a wide variety of platforms to help source top talent in our industry. I.E. (LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Referrals, Social Media Platforms and our Internal Database.) This person would be responsible for finding open positions at companies to fill. They would fill job openings by developing relationships with candidates and pre-screening them to qualify them for current job openings that we are working on. This person would then be responsible for recruiting from the initial start to finish which includes qualifying the applicant for the job, getting the applicant prepared for the interview process, coaching, and mentoring the applicant all the way down to securing the best possible offer for the applicant.
